In-home or Offsite: I will travel to your home or other specified location within Los Angeles and the Valley areas up to 1 hr travel time / (Travel will incur an additional fee)

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

     I offer 60 & 90 minute workout sessions along with meal plans and custom workouts to do at home or on the go. I have availability Sunday thru Saturday for mornings, afternoons and evenings starting as early as 8am and latest start time 8pm. If you would like to schedule earlier than 8am or later than 8pm there is an additional fee and you must commit to 3 months.

     If you want to sign up for small group training you must sign up with a partner or join an already existing group. You can create your own small group with friends, family or co-workers and create your own day and time slot.  Get 1-3 friends, co-workers or family members together for your own time slot and create more accountability, a support group and take advantage of the awesome group rates.

     If you don't have your own partner or group you can contact me to see if I already have a group you can join at your desired time slot.  If you are unable to train during the available partner/group time slots then you will need to sign up for one-on-one training sessions, rates are below.

Commitment is one of the most important action steps that you must take to hold yourself accountable to getting the results you say you want. If you want to train for a shorter period of time for a specific reason please contact me to discuss your needs and I'll design a program that is right for you.
