I welcome all able bodied humans & unicorns: women, men, LGBTQ, non-binary, age 18 and up are welcome at Allure. 

ABOUT POLE DANCING:
Pole dance fitness is an amazing way for women & men to get in shape as it is a true full body workout.  Yes, anyone can do it, no matter your current strength, fitness level, age, or size.  You don't need to be in shape prior or have a strong upper body to do pole fitness.  You'll start with beginner pole spins and movement that anyone can achieve and you'll build your strength and technique. Each class you will learn 3-4 spins/tricks and 
I can assure you, you will be amazed at your progress each class and your confidence will go soaring through the roof. You will seriously get stronger, become more confident, graceful, and sexier. 

Nicole ThePole makes every class fun with her high energy, wonderful sense of humor, positive mindset, affirmations, and special ability to break down moves for all learning styles.  She will help guide you through the journey of wins, the flops, fumbles and mistakes that come along with learning any new art form.  Just know that no one starts out perfect at anything so you shouldn't expect to be perfect when you first start taking classes as that wouldn't be realistic.  You seriously will learn 3 new tricks each class.   I look forward to helping you learn this awesome fun sport and form of expression where you get a full body workout and do things you never thought were possible. Get ready for one of the best Mind, Body & Spirit journeys you'll ever go on!

 

WHAT TO EXPECT AT ALLURE:

At Allure you can enjoy the luxury of focused attention & a small intimate group setting with Pole Dance Icon Nicole ThePole.  Classes are open to all levels from beginner to advanced, including those with no dance or fitness experience.

Semi Private group classes have a max of 4-5 students.  t my studio you can truly be your authentic self or discover that new self, we'll explore the unknown, face new mental & physical challenges and have breakthroughs in a supportive atmosphere. You will feel the camaraderie with other students similar to you who are exploring their bodies, feminine & masculine energies, connection to self, confidence and building strength, flexibility, & athleticism.I absolutely love teaching brand new students to give you a strong foundation that will help you grow into an amazing dancer & athlete. 

 

WHAT TYPES OF POLES DO WE USE:

The studio has multiple poles (static & spin mode) in 40mm & 45mm sizes by Xpole.  I have several different types of pole finishes for different student needs: There are (3) 12ft 45mm Chrome Poles, (1) 40mm stainless steel pole and (1) black silicone 45mm pole for students with very sweaty hands or students who prefer to wear more clothing.

DO YOU WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR STRENGTH, STAMINA AND FLEXIBILITY AT A FASTER PACE OUTSIDE OF YOUR DANCE CLASSES? 

If you said yes, I highly recommend also setting up personal training or stretch lessons with me in person or virtually.  Training can be done in studio, outdoors, or at your home and I provide all equipment.  If you train with me at my place, you'll have access to the bldg. fitness center which includes cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, steam room and showers.

ABSOLUTE NO NOs:

  • THERE ARE NO WALK-INS ALLOWED, NO LATE ENTRY TO CLASSES, NO EXCUSES & NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • NO guests, kids, or pets allowed in studio.

  • DO NOT put on any greasy lotions, creams, or body oils on days that you are taking a pole class as it will greatly reduce your ability to keep your grip on pole. It's okay to be ashy in pole class. It's just us ladies in class, the lights are dim and we'll be ashy with you! LOL

  • NO rings, bracelets or watches as it damages the pole and your jewelry.

* CLASS PACKAGE INFO & TERMS:

  • Before purchasing a package check the schedule to make sure the class days and times offered align with your availability.  Only buy a package if you know you will use most or all of your classes within 90 days.

  • The Class Packages offer a discount and are for students committed to improving at a faster pace. Being committed & consistent to weekly training is how you will retain all the new information, build strength and progress faster.  

  • You can take as many classes a week as you desire.  Like anything else in life, the more you practice, the quicker you see the results you desire.  Think of your dance practice as a marathon and not race, meaning you have to pace yourself and enjoy the process of learning.

  • It's important to sign up for your classes a week or more in advance to guarantee a spot in class as there are only offer 4 spots open per class. Be committed to a consistent day and time each week. It's recommended that you book out all the classes in your package.

  • There is NO Refund if you are late to class, if you're a no show or if you cancel your class within 6 hours of class start time. This is a hard rule and I don't make exceptions as it effects my business and other students when you don't attend. 

  • There are NO Refunds on all purchases after 3 business days and/or once you start your package.

  • All packages expire 90 days after purchase date.  It is your responsibility to schedule all your classes in that time frame.

  • Any unused sessions become void after 90 days.  The only exception made for this is if you resign for another monthly package within 30 days. I will rollover your unused sessions which must be used by your next package expiration date and cannot rollover into another package.  

  • If you are unable to complete your package for any unforeseen circumstance due to injury or sickness (with a doctor's note), you can transfer your sessions to another person who must complete the package by your original package expiration date. If you transfer your package to another person and they are unable to complete unused sessions by original expiration date then they can pay for a 30 day extension for $50.

CLASS ATTIRE

Pole Dance: Wear a tank top or t-shirt and shorts. Capri pants are okay for the first few sessions but eventually you do need to switch to shorts to provide proper leg grip that's needed to do most spins, climbs and inverts.  
Shoes: You can do class barefoot or wear pole dancing platform heels.  I sell proper pole dancing heels in my online store.

If you wear regular heels, DO NOT wear your nice shoes as they may get scuffed or damaged. Do not wear heels with a pointy toe, no wedges and no super strappy shoes where your toes could come out of straps easily. 

 

Sexy Basics 101: Wear a tank top or t-shirt and shorts or soft leggings. Also bring extra layers for strip tease portion of class: (clothing easy to remove) such as loose fitting top, camisole or button up blouse & extra shorts to learn how to take off as we may cover this in some classes. Also bring knee pads and/or thick leg warmers if you have them as you will need cushion for your knees as we will spend a portion of class on your knees when practicing floor work. You can also purchase leg warmers or knee pads in studio when in stock.
 

The NO NOs:

DO NOT PUT ON ANY BODY OILS OR GREASY LOTIONS on your legs and arms on class days as it will rub off on pole and make it very difficult to keep your grip on pole.  Oils will cause grip issues and possible injury to hands, wrist and shoulders.  My personal motto is "come to class ashy, the lights are dim and it's just us other ashy ladies." LOL

DO NOT wear any hand or wrist jewelry such as rings and watches as they scratch up the pole surface and can damage your jewelry.  If you are unable to remove a ring then I will put tape over your ring and for bracelets you will wear a sweatband over it so as not to damage the pole finish.

I am available for Private Lessons (In Person or Virtual) 7 days a week at my studio or we can do in-home lessons and I'll bring the pole to setup at your location. Private lessons are perfect for those who want to learn more in a shorter period of time and advance quicker. Private lessons are for any level including Newbies (my favorite people to teach).  In our private lessons I combine my knowledge and expertise of over 20 years in functional movement, fitness training, spiritual tools & mindset coaching to help the client connect their mind to their body and spirit.  Private Lessons with me are truly transformative and create rapid growth and progression.

WANT TO BOOK A PRIVATE PARTy?

Private Parties can be hosted at my studio for up to 8 ladies or at your own location with unlimited guest to celebrate any occasion with your friends. For on location pole parties, I bring the pole and the party experience to you.  Parties can be booked for 1hr, 90min or 2hrs based on amount of guests and dance styles you choose.

Party dance style options offered: Pole Dance, Strip Tease & Exotic Dance, or Chair & Lap Dance.
