Our Policies & Procedures help us maintain a high level of respect, integrity and competitive pricing. Please read the entire list below. We will uphold our professionalism and we ask that you do the same in respecting and adhering to our policies & procedures. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please notify the studio before making any appointments or purchases.

CANCEL POLICY
 

We have a 6 hour Cancel Policy that applies to all students no matter if you purchased classes thru a daily deal site or through the studio. If you miss a class OR late cancel within 6 hours of class start time, and are signed up under a daily deal package or studio monthly package you will void your class and owe a $10 missed class fee. The missed class fee does not apply if you purchase a single class at full price. Your missed class fee is due within 48 hours of cancelling/missing your class. You will receive an email notice when you late cancel or miss a class and there is a link to make your payment. We strictly enforce our policy, so please do not call or email for leniency as it will not be given for first time occurrences. After students have shown good faith in paying their missed class fees on time, we will waive your 3rd occurrence in which you must send an email asking us to waive your missed class fee. This only waives the fee, you will still void your class. We will only waive (1) late fee per 6 month period and only if you paid your previous missed class fees. We understand that unfortunate circumstances happen in life, but we still must honor our policies to uphold fairness to all our customers and the integrity of our business. Understand that missed classes not only affect you but also effect the Instructors pay and other students being able to fill your space. Please do not bully or harass our staff for leniency, it will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is unruly to our staff members.

EXPIRATION DATES & EXTENSIONS

All single class purchases and monthly packages must be used within amount of days specified at time of purchase. Your package or single class expiration date will always be stated during purchase & checkout and on your emailed receipts. You are responsible for taking note of your expiration date and if you are unsure after making your purchase then call the studio right away to confirm.  Some packages allow a grace period for your package to activate when you schedule your first class however you must schedule your first class within one year of purchase date unless otherwise stated with a shorter term. ALL packages expire one year from purchase date if unused no matte the reason.  You must start all packages within one year of purchase date to activate it.  If you do not start your package within one year of purchase date it will become void and no longer be active in the scheduling system. Once your package becomes inactive in the system or you can no longer search it, this means it has become void. 

All Classes & Monthly Packages have an expiration date and sessions must be completed by the end date mentioned on site/contract and receipt email. If you are unable to complete your class or package in the allotted time due to an illness, injury or any other circumstance you must notify the studio by certified mail or email (Notify the Owner or Management, not your class Instructor). You must notify studio within 3 days of your occurrence and inform us of how long you will be away. We will make a note on your Profile regarding your requested extension request so that when you are ready to return we can update your account with the proper amount of days. Your contract will continue when you return at the point in which you left off. (Example: If you put your contract on hold and you had 10 days remaining, when you return you still only have 10 days remaining in your contract.) Also, the studio will not extend your contract additional time if you notify us with a delay. (Example: Your occurrence happens on March 10th and your contract was to expire on March 31st. You notify the studio on March 23rd to inform us that you need an extension. Your extension will not date back to the occurrence. It will start at the notification date and therefore you would have from March 23rd till April 8th.) If you notify the studio after your expiration date of any occurrence, your package will be voided and you will not be able to receive any kind of makeup. There are absolutely no exceptions if you do not follow our procedure for proper notification.

Expiration Dates & Extensions on Sign-Up Specials: Whenever the studio offers a sign up special there are certain restrictions that will apply to that special. In this case the same rules may not apply as listed above. If we offer a special and it states that there are no extensions on that package then the rules above do not apply. There is absolutely no extension on that special for any reason (this includes but is not limited to work, family, car accidents, injury, etc). If you do not wish to abide by this policy then do not purchase any sign up special in which this policy applies.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds after 3 business days. After 3 days, you can request a system credit or you can transfer sessions to another person in which they must still honor your original expiration date. You may not share your packages with other people.  If you ever decide to transfer your package to another person due to the inability to complete your package, it cannot later transfer back to you or any other person.
