Studio Rentals are available 7 days a week 9am - 10pm. You can use the 318 sq ft studio space for all styles of dance, pole dance, fitness workouts, yoga, massage/reiki appts, art, photo shoots, filming and more.  The studio is perfect for people who want a beautiful space to practice, rehearse, teach a private lesson, teach virtually, teach a small group class or workshop. Maybe you're a body worker or healer who wants to offer a private appointment or an influencer who wants to film a vlog.

RENTAL RATES

* A booking deposit of $40 is due in advance to reserve your date & time. Balance is due on arrival.

Pole Dance Practice (9a - 5p)

1hr - $40 | 90min -  $55 | 2hr - $70

$30 for each additional person

*Photo/Filming Rates will range and are dependent on how you use the space 

* Holding Deposits of $50 - $500 may be required for certain renters based on studio usage to cover any possible damages, repairs, clean up, utilities, etc.

RENTAL NOTES:

• Current Students receive a $10 discount on studio rental

• Studio space can be setup with our without the poles

• Rental Rates may vary from above based upon use of space and time of day and holidays. There is an additional fee if I need to cancel any appointments to make your rental possible.

12 ft Ceilings. Dance Floor 318 sq ft, 1 Bathroom, Large Balcony w/ seating, Full Kitchen, Central A/C, (4) Removable Dance Poles, Yoga Mats, Storage Cubbies, Removable Mirrors on Right Wall, Special Effects LED lighting, JBL Wireless Bluetooth Speaker, 50 inch Smart TV that you can cast or airplay.

ABOUT THE POLES:

• All my poles are by Xpole (Static & Spin Mode). Easily & quickly removable and can be placed in different locations.

• There are up to 4 poles available for use. Taller ceiling height is 12ft with 3 poles. The lower ceiling height is 8ft and one pole can be used on it. 

• I have (3) 12ft Chrome 45mm poles, (1) 12ft Stainless Steel 40mm pole, (1) 8ft Black Silicone Pole. 

• Pole Stages are also available to use in the studio.  There is an additional $60 charge for a pole stage setup in studio.

• I have multiple pole stage poles available in Chrome, Black Silicone and White Powder coated.
